  • We are conveniently located at 2485 Cable Court, Lima Ohio 45805. We are at the east end of the Team Stomp Fitness building, all glass doors to enter.

  • Momentum has chosen not to work directly with insurance so we can provide a higher level of individualized care, maintain flexibility in treatment plans, and avoid the limitations and administrative barriers that often come with insurance-based models. This allows us to spend more time with each client and focus fully on their needs. We do accept HSA, FSA, cash, check and card, and can provide a superbill if that’s helpful, as clients can submit that for potential reimbursement depending on their plan.
